    Everyday while I get up my sleep, before start to leave my room I need to tell at least few words to God.

    It is given me strength to doing a day with good morning rhythems.

    Last 2 days I got hesitate to wakeup early in the morning at my usual time five. Not only on that two day but several days I did not receive a good sleep at night. My body felt and told me to need rest and I slept one hour on day before yesterday if I am not a one who sleep at day time.

    Optional day to skip mandatory Squadron PT today due to the monthly scheduled Wing enlisted promotion ceremony. So I worked out at home and completed 15 minutes on my Peloton bike and 10 minutes of yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️
