Happy Wednesday! Well, I planned an upper body strength workout today BUT I didn’t fuel properly during the day for that and there just ain’t no point in “going through the motions”! So I decided to pivot and do a short no-repeat ab workout and ol’ faithful – 30 mins on the mill in 3 min intervals on an incline and Madame Weighted Vest. Have an invigorating evening, dear ladies💕💛

I am back with my routine after a cruise and my bad knee and foot. I feel much better now, I did my 2.93 miles and went to total sculpt at the gym. A good day. Keeping up with my goal. I am also doing an intermitted 18 hour fast. Pray for me, my hardest time is between 8-10 am.

This morning I read Stephen’s address to the council (Acts 7) right before he was martyred. Stephen was asked if the accusations against him were true. This was his chance to defend himself, but instead he chose to recount Jewish history showing a clear testimony of God’s faithfulness. His people fell short every single time, but God’s plans prevailed.
