Ok, y’all. So, it’s been awhile since I have meal prepped.
Why… You ask?
Because I got lazy! 🤷🏾♀️😆
Yep. True Story, but it’s time to get back on it as an act of obedience to the Father regarding my health.
It took me a few hours, but God willing, I won’t need to cook again until Wednesday or Thursday.

Get Moving 8 weeks agoMerry Monday! Today called for a lower body strength workout (warm up with resistance bands) and a standing ab/core session with weights. After this weekend’s garden prep. I wasn’t sure it I’d have the “umph” to workout today – but lo and behold, I got ‘er done! Have an enlightening evening, dear ladies. 💕💛

Get Moving 8 weeks agoI used to be a huge runner back in my late teens and 20’s but fell off the wagon after getting married and having a kiddo 😅 Plus throw in some knee/joint/ankle issues here and there, that didn’t help much either. But I’m feeling like I want to jump in a try the C25K plan! I’m currently getting over an illness but can start next week!
