Prayer Group 8 weeks agoI just wanted to say that the prayer at the end of the podcast that Priscilla shared was incredibly inspirational. I have never heard anybody pray over a group like that. I even listened to the recording at a later date and could still feel God’s presence like they were both right there with me. Thank you for sharing your heart for prayer with our group. (edited)My Next 90: Remembering You 8 weeks agoMy biggest win today is even though I am holding a letter of rejection into a school I earnestly had my heart on being accepted into, I chose to praise and honor my God.
Disappointment wanted to have its way with me and ‘in’ me this morning and that’s when I had to get on my knees.
While on my knees, I brought my tears to Him. I had to choose to lay down my disappointment at His feet.
But, you know the crazy thing? Despite my disappointment, my heart felt at complete peace. I…

Get Moving 8 weeks agoWhen I started my health journey I NEVER measured or counted anything.
Why?
Because WHO has time for that?!
Then I hit a hard plateau about 20 pounds in.
Oh, I was singing a different tune, but it caused more discipline on my part, and I honestly didn’t want to that extra work.
Counting. Measuring. Caloric Deficits.
“God, OK. I need You to help me.”
And He did.
I learned as I went and you can, too.
