    Time change means no sunrise during my run. But I got it done. Trying to get back up to 4-4.5 miles! Happy monday. Hopefully the rain won’t stop my 3 day a week running plan.

    Sisters, thank you for the Sister Check-In Circle call tonight! I needed it!!! I am not the only one that struggle with being too “productive driven” & not honoring God’s gift of rest. I ended the call with this scripture on my heart.

    Today’s training had me running for 10 minutes, taking a 1-minute break, then running 10 minutes. Since it’s sometimes hard for me to get back in the groove after stopping, I ended up running for 14 minutes, took a 2-minute break, and then ran for 6 more. The biggest thing I’m working on is my heart rate still. My body feels good, but I’m keeping an eye on my heart rate, which I would like to see come down more, BUT I’m also very proud of what I accomplished today. I love seeing…
