Get Moving 7 weeks agoToday was the first time I returned back to the gym after four months of not going. I went to the swimming pool and walked 2 miles on the underwater treadmill. Let’s go girls!! It felt so good, thank you to this group for motivation.

Get Moving 7 weeks agoMerry Monday!! I did an upper body strength session paired with ol’ faithful, 33 mins on the mill in 3 minute intervals on an incline with Madame Weighted Vest. During the tricep portion of today’s strength session, I increased from 5lb to 8lb dumbells for 2 of the 3 sets. Phew chiiile I was waaaay beyond “feel the burn”! 🏋️♀️ May your evening properly prepare you for a treasured Tuesday, dear ladies. 💕💛
