Hi friendssss….today I did a workout before bed. It was a 10 de-bloating workout that tricked me. I’m thinking that this is a slow and calm workout….no. Well…it’s medium. But we didn’t get a walking break in between!!! Y’all KNOW how I feel about my walking break and water break (and no, we didn’t have one of those either)! Anyway, I think it still went well. Good night friendssssss!
