Get Moving 6 weeks agoI started the evening with a nice walk, I had it planned in my mind, walk for a good 30-40 minutes, listen to sounds of the city, maybe some music, scratch that, I high-tailed it inside speed walking after I saw a very large dog running wildly, just loose in the near distance!😂 I was able to get a little taste of walking today, lol. I’ll try again tomorrow.
Once in, I turned on some music and jumped rope, ended the evening with a plank and ab home workout. 😎

Get Moving 6 weeks agoMerry Monday! Back at it again with a lowerbody strength workout paired with a standing ab/core sesh. Looking forward to THE heartiest salad I’ve ever had😆…..kale, bulgur, roasted beets, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted corn, red onions, goat cheese, avocado, and grilled chicken. Have a invigorating evening, dear ladies. 💕💛

I am thankful that the cruise was restful and so invigorating! I arrived home feeling so refreshed and renewed! So much so that I unpacked upon arriving and separated my laundry.
This morning I started the laundry and completed a little over a three mile walk in an hour!
