Get Moving 6 weeks agoYesterday was a triceps and back workout, I finished it with a very short walk.
Today I opted to jump rope for 20 minutes, I tapped out then went to the gym to do legs. I am happy for the weekend to not see the gym or a jump rope, lol!

Get Moving 6 weeks agoIt has been months with being inconsistent with being active in the gym even walking outside. Yesterday I finished the last day of the month with a 5k walk on the treadmill with 10 minutes on the massage chair. Planet Fitness yawl 😉
Today I managed to get a good stretch, some body weight movement, and worked on 3 leg machines. Please lift me up in prayer for the consistency because I’m feeling the affects of not moving and it’s not pleasant.

Get Moving 6 weeks agoThe dog and I went out for our morning walk at 5:30. We were making our final walk up the hill when we were challenged by two squirrels. The squirrels stood about 10 feet from us and got into what I can only describe as an attacking position. Then the dog assumed the same position. The squirrels wagged their tails, the dog did not. The squirrels ran away. What the heck!?!😂😂 Early morning standoff!
