    The whole 6.2 ✅. I was really nervous I couldn’t duplicate this run. But I did!! My big sister is gently nudging me to keep running and try half marathon because why not lot lol. We will see! Happy Tuesday ladies!!!

    I started the evening with a nice walk, I had it planned in my mind, walk for a good 30-40 minutes, listen to sounds of the city, maybe some music, scratch that, I high-tailed it inside speed walking after I saw a very large dog running wildly, just loose in the near distance!😂 I was able to get a little taste of walking today, lol. I’ll try again tomorrow.

    Once in, I turned on some music and jumped rope, ended the evening with a plank and ab home workout. 😎

    Merry Monday! Back at it again with a lowerbody strength workout paired with a standing ab/core sesh. Looking forward to THE heartiest salad I’ve ever had😆…..kale, bulgur, roasted beets, roasted sweet potatoes, roasted corn, red onions, goat cheese, avocado, and grilled chicken. Have a invigorating evening, dear ladies. 💕💛
