Get Moving 5 weeks agoHappy Monday! Is it FriYay yet? I completed a triceps and back workout in the gym and finished it on the dreadmill. I have to admit, I have a love/hate relationship with the treadmill. Some days I turn my nose up at it and some days I just know how useful of a tool it is, today was one of those days to which I set my pride aside to use it. 😂

Get Moving 5 weeks agoMerry Monday!! Here we go again with an upperbody strength workout coupled with lovely dead bugs, for good measure. I paired that with ol’ faithful: 30 mins on the mill in 3 min intervals on an incline with Madame Weighted Vest. A sistah is definitely looking forward to dinner – herbed salmon, roasted sweet potatoes and sauteed cabbage and onions. May your evening be filled with blessings, dear ladies. 💕💛
