Get Moving 4 weeks agoThis has been a Hallelujah Anyhow week! I’s really my motto to praise in the middle of happenings and circumstances. I was able to get a partial workout in on Tuesday, I jumped rope for about 34 min and was finishing with a floor core exercise. I’m on the floor planking when a super loud siren started blasting and the smoke alarms followed suit, going off. A choir of alarms. (This went on for over a hour) It took a minute to register and I’m like OMGee is the building on fire! So I…

Prayer Group 4 weeks agoChristopher had an MRI this week following his last cancerous tumor removal and treatments. (He has had two surgeries since February 2025). Today he posted:
“Good news today! No new cancer detected, and fluid/swelling greatly
decreased! Numbers all look good. Doctor was impressed! Hallelujah!!!
Praise the Lord!”The average life expectancy for this type of cancer is 9 months, he is on month 15!! Thank you ladies for praying!!😍

I just posted on IG and thought I’d bring the conversation here. I’m sure I’m not the only one who, when looking for clarity, finds it in challenging seasons.
