Good morning! Since the only exercise that I did on Saturday and Sunday morning was putting that fork to my mouth (eating) with my mom, sisters, and family, I had to do some exercise Sunday afternoon. 😁 So, I went bike riding yesterday afternoon for over a hour, and it was so much fun!

I’m currently in Isaiah in my bible reading plan but I wanted to reflect on 1 and 2 Kings. From 1 Kings 13:18, I learned if you know what God has instructed you to do, don’t veer from His word. Your life could depend on it. When you know what God told you to do, follow His instruction. When someone else tells you differently, even if they too are a Christian and tells you this is what the Lord says, don’t listen to them and continue to do what you know God told you to do. Obey…
