It feels like it’s been FOREVER since I posted and well, today, I’m BACK.
There is so much to go back and catch up on, but I just want you all to know- I’m still breathing, glory to God and yes, I’m still moving!
Isn’t it amazing how one season of your life can be slow and then in a flash- ZOOM!!! It takes off!
That is what happened to me- literally!
This week, I am back on the stairs.
Looking forward to it- kinda sorta. lol

It was difficult moving this morning. But I pushed myself for one hour, and I got three miles done.

Get Moving 2 weeks agoAfter a hard Spin Class, drove over to my garden and LOOK. AT. GOD. Cucumbers! So much is growing, I woke up my daughters via FaceTime to make them stroll the garden with me 🤣🥲😂
