Walking 60 miles a month for a whole year! I can’t believe it. I wish I could say it was intentional (like I planned to get this far), but truly, this was a month by month experience. What a year it has been!! I’m so grateful to see how far I have come over these last 12 months. God is good!! Thank you to you all for your encouragement and not letting me quit!!!

Happy Wednesday! After yesterday’s 3 minutes of feeling like I had super powers during that run, I was surprised to have the energy to workout well on tuh-day. Ladies if you could lift my mother in law up in prayer. She is in the beginning stages of her battle/journey/victory with breast cancer. She got the diagnosis this week and the ball is rolling for all the necessary appointments for the plan to eradicate it. We are in GA and she is in NJ.
