Happy Month of June! It has been two weeks since I’ve had a solid workout due to being out of town. Although I packed workout clothes, I was only able to get in a couple of workouts. Now for food, that’s always my concern when traveling however I make it work. I usually stick to simple and few ingredient foods if I have to eat out otherwise I find the nearest grocery store to shop at.
