So happy to see all my sisters showing themselves some love! You ladies are rocking it! I haven’t been able to post much but I’m still moving 4-5 days a week.

This was exactly what I needed to hear this week! Things have been a little hectic around here the past few weeks and I haven’t been able to push forward quite the way I wanted to or thought I would. I’ve. had to put a few things on pause and slow a few things down to make room for life at the moment. Giving myself grace to pick up where I left off and keep pushing forward. 💛

Not sure what happened with my app today, but I didn’t do this type of walking this morning. Not sure how to report this.
